What I Learned from Running My First In-Person Workshop Running my very first in-person AffirMAKE workshop was equal parts exciting, nerve-wracking, and magical. I’d planned, packed, and prepped for days, but there’s nothing quite like stepping into a real room with real people, all coming together to get creative. I’m so proud of how it went, but I also learned a lot along the way. Here are a few things I’ll be keeping in mind for next time: 🎥 1. Record more content, from more angles! In the moment, it’s so easy to get swept up in running the session and forget to take videos or photos. I managed to capture a few bits, but next time I’ll walk around more, film from different spots, and get more behind-the-scenes moments to share.
